Gabriel Salloum, M.D., F.A.C.S., has earned a reputation as one of South Florida’s finest emerging talents in the specialized field of plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is known for his superior surgical skills as well as his outstanding patient care and, most significantly, his consistent track record of successful results and happy patients. Dr. Salloum began his training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where he was consistently on the Dean’s List and graduated magna cum laude with honors in psychology.

Following his undergraduate work, Dr. Salloum attended Louisiana State University Medical School in New Orleans, LA, and subsequently completed his general surgery residency at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami, where he served as Chief Surgical Resident.

After completing his surgical residency, Dr. Salloum became Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. Next, he completed the Hand Surgery Fellowship Program at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. Training in a rigorous and highly focused environment, Dr. Salloum became one of the extremely small numbers of fellowship-trained reconstructive hand surgery specialists in South Florida.

Recognizing his passion for plastic surgery, Dr. Salloum completed the Plastic Surgery Program at the University of Texas at Houston in Houston, TX. During this time, he trained extensively in Cosmetic Surgery and developed a unique interest in a variety of innovative procedures, including body and facial restructuring, using fillers harvested from his patients’ fat.

Possessing the rare distinction of double board-certified by The American Board of Surgery and The American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Salloum established the Miami Center for Plastic Surgery with the commitment to provide meticulous attention to his patients’ needs to feel more beautiful and confident and ultimately led happier lives.
